Hello friends and welcome to my Photoshop in Five tutorial! Today we’re going to learn more about something that gets asked a lot in the hybrid scrapbooking world: How can I use Digital Alphabet on my hybrid scrapbook layout? Are there easy ways to do this? For today’s layout, I’m creating what I call a confirmation page. These are pages that I try to create for myself each month as reminders of what things I want to focus on. I love using patterned papers and mixed media elements, and for this page I decided to use the Aflutter Digital Kit with stickers, alphabets and ellipses. I also brought Awesome Alphabets Vol 2 and Vol 4 Digital Alphabets for some fun. Here are three ways to create hybrid elements on this page with the digital alphabet:
How To Use Scrapbook Templates In Photoshop
Use your digital alphabet to create a quote directly on your background, or on a journal card or other element from your digital collection. This quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson just made me feel happy. It inspired me to take a photo of myself laughing, it felt so good! But it reminded me to definitely add more laughing photos to my album too
It inspired my list of things I want to focus on this month. Talking about things
Alphabet brushes and it allows you to use the digital alphabet as a stamp. You can change the size and color according to your order. I found a cute little heart symbol in Alphabitties Vol 4 and it inspired me to stamp it on some hexagons. After that I also wrote my words on heart letters and printed them on vellum for fun.
