Step 3 – Go to Filters > Filters > Filters and apply the following settings: Strength: 60; Difference: 75.

Step 4 – Open the filter again and select the broken edges. Set Balance to 24, Smoothness to 14, and Contrast to 9.

Step 5 – We will use black and white for the final filter. Now, click on Image > Adjust or press Alt-Shift-Control-B.

Step 6 – Now, you need to set the smart filter. Double click on the second side of the filter and change the filter mode to Dodge color matching.
